Ok, here is the very anticipated post about the anti-virus and spyware protection programs. Here are just a few, and these work very well (and are free also!).
Best Anti-Spyware/Anti-Virus Program To Use: Ad-Aware 2007 by Lavasoft.
It finds lots of spyware and any viruses that Norton or McCaffee does not.
Highly recommended to use every 2 weeks, or at the very least, once a month.

Best System Optimization Tool (aka Getting Rid of Unnecessary and Unused Files): CC Cleaner

Second Best Anti-Spyware Program To Use: Spybot - Search & Destroy

Best Disk Defragmenter: Disk Defragmenter that comes with Windows.
It will clear up some free space for you, as well as make it easier and faster for you to access, save, and open files.
Highly recommended to use at least once a month.
To access, go to Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Disk Defragmenter.
